Our 30-day return policy from date of purchase ensures that you receive your money back if you decide to return the item back to us. All returns must be in the original packaging and condition as received. Model and Serial number of the appliance the part was used for is needed for any part being returned for being defective.  Buyer will be held responsible for shipping the appliance part back to  “Renewed Appliance Parts” , you will have to pay the cost of shipping unless part is defective. If the item is not received within 21 days of return claim being opened the part will not be refunded. Once part is returned it will be checked and refund will be issued.
